2025 年是中新建交 35 周年。35 年来，中新关系蓬勃发展，新加坡与中国一直在积极探索共同发展的合作模式，也推动了中国与东盟关系健康发展。在东盟制定《2045 年愿景》和中国共产党召开的二十届四中全会谋划制定“十五五”
规划的背景下，本次论坛将深入探讨中新关系的成就与展望。中国社科院学部委员李向阳将做主旨报告，介绍中国的二十届四中全会和“十五五”规划编制情况。
中国社科院亚太与全球战略研究院与新加坡国立大学东亚研究所的学者将在这场华语论坛中开展研讨，具体的议题包括：中新双边与地区关系的成就与前景，新加坡在“一带一路”建设中的角色，区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)与中国-东盟自贸区协定 3.0 等。
