Synopsis:
Global trade is shifting rapidly as the current trade war reshapes where goods are produced and where they ultimately go. In this seminar, we will examine one of the most important consequences of these tensions: trade diversion.
We will explore how export flows are being redirected—especially from East Asia—and why the impact on the import side is increasingly felt outside the United States, with Europe experiencing some of the strongest effects. Join us for a concise and insightful discussion on how today’s trade frictions are redrawing global trade patterns and what these shifts mean for businesses, policymakers, and economies worldwide.
Note:
Registration is required for this seminar. Please note that the seminar is held under Chatham House Rule.
Photography and videography may be carried out during the event by EAI for its print publications, digital platforms and/or marketing channels.
