Application
• 2D-STORM
• 3D-STORM
• TIRF imaging
• Spinning-disk confocal microscopy
• Live cell imaging
Special Remarks
The system enables super-resolution imaging at tenfold the resolution of conventional light microscopes and enables visualization of molecular interactions and organizations at the nanoscopic scale after careful optimization of sample preparation, image acquisition and image reconstructions. Additionally, large FOV TIRF can be achieved due to the ORCA-Quest qCMOS. As an addition modality, live cell confocal microscopy can be carried out by the CSU-X1 module.
