The VSA revolutionizes moisture analysis by enabling the creation of detailed isotherms in just 48 hours, providing comprehensive absorption and desorption curves with hundreds of data points. Unlike traditional methods that are time-consuming and limited in scope, or newer, expensive DVS instruments that offer only snapshots, the VSA combines fast water activity sensing with precise weight measurement to dynamically generate high-resolution isotherm graphs. It features a dual mode for both DVS and innovative DDI curves, delivering unprecedented insights for formulating products, selecting packaging, and solving moisture-related issues like caking and clumping.
