Description
The Leica EM ACE200 is a fully automated, high quality desktop coater designed to produce homogenous coatings of conductive metal or carbon required for SEM imaging. It can be used as a sputter coater or carbon thread evaporation coater with interchangeable heads in one instrument. Glow discharge function is also available for the preparation of TEM grids.
