Description
The Renishaw Raman Microscope is coupled to excitation lasers (UV laser 325 nm, Visible laser 532 nm and near infrared laser 785 nm), motorised spectrophotometer lenses optimized for each laser wavelength, objective lens (100×, 50× LWD, 50× SLWD, 20× and 5×), Rayleigh filters, a spectrophotometer and a CCD detector.
