The Covance-2MPR is a multi-purpose O2 plasma process system with stable and homogeneous plasma discharge. It is usually used for applications such as PDMS-PDMS bonding, PDMS-glass bonding, surface chemistry modification (eg. hydrophilic/hydrophobic), surface cleaning, plasma grafting and cell attachment.
