The microscope is fully enclosed in a heated environmental chamber and could set, maintain and monitor temperature, humidity, CO2 and O2 levels as imaging conditions dictate.Colibri 2 LED lamps allow adjustment of each illumination intensity depending on the sensitivity of the sample. The narrow-band illumination reduces cross-stimulation, increasing the sensitivity of your images
