Model
iLas 2

Manufacturer
Gataca Systems

Application
• TIRF imaging
• Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP)

Special Remarks
The iLas2 system is a unique ring TIRF system with azimuthal averaging that provides illumination uniformity for TIRF/wide-field imaging. The fast response time of the motorized TIRF angle and dual camera setup allow for simultaneous multi-wavelength TIRF imaging with penetration depth adaptation. It has a dual laser illuminator for TIRF imaging and FRAP/FLIP/PA applications.
