Special Remarks
The FV3000NIR confocal laser scanning microscope is a highly versatile system that supports a wide variety of imaging applications. There is a choice of up to 8 imaging laser lines, covering the entire visible spectrum and the near infra-red region for deep imaging. The FV3000NIR system is fully equipped with fast resonant scanners, high sensitivity detectors and temperature and CO2 controls, which support high-speed live cell imaging. The 30x silicon oil immersion objective is very useful for imaging of thick samples such as 3D organoids, tissue samples and small organisms.
