Description
The central HPC facility provides computing resources to support compute-intensive research and AI workloads, including the provisioning of many-cores CPU, GPU, and high-speed data storage.
Technical Specifications
The facility houses three computing cluster as follows:
• Atlas cluster: 5,000 CPU-cores, 300TB scratch storage (soon to be retired)
• Hopper cluster: 48x H100 GPU cards, Infiniband NDR network, 300TB scratch storage
• Vanda cluster: 20,000 CPU-cores, 102x A40 GPU cards, 100G ethernet network, 500TB scratch storage (available in Q4 ’24)
