The Bioinformatics Core Facility aims to bring together experts in the NUHS bioinformatics community to support research needs through data analysis, data management support and education.
Technical Specifications
The core provides consultation for a variety of bioinformatics workflows including:
• Genomics/Transcriptomics
• Proteomics/Metabolomics
• Metagenomics
• Data mining/visualization
In addition, the core hosts local compute/storage servers for data management and small scale analysis and provides links to NUS HPC and NSCC resources for scaling up workflows as required
