Model
PCF 2.0

Manufacturer
Akoya Biosciences, United States

Application
Bench-top fluidics with automated image acquisition through automated cyclical reporter-dye delivery, supporting the detection of over 40 biomarkers with spatially resolved, ultra-highplex data and morphological context. The Phenoimager integrates seamlessly with PhenoCycler (formerly CODEX) to provide high-plex solutions, while inForm® and phenoptrReports tissue analysis software offer configurable projects for biomarker quantification and spatial analysis. This approach also maintains tissue integrity by combining CODEX chemistry with advanced fluidics to preserve tissue architecture, allowing for reuse.
