Pari Sen Biswas is graduate from Yale-NUS College, with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (Cum Laude) in Urban Studies and Global Affairs. Her undergraduate thesis critically examined global city-centric urban discourse and development, exploring how nationalism and the urban political economy shape urban governance in Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining CiRe, Pari worked with a range of research groups on international development initiatives spanning Asia and the Global South. With a strong interest in civic technology, urban governance, and smart citizenship, she brings both academic and practical experience in mixed-methods research, stakeholder coordination, and capacity building.
